Furniture and Obstacles: Our cleaners do not move large furniture or heavy objects. Please ensure these areas are accessible for thorough cleaning.
Windows: For window cleaning, if tall windows require cleaning, please hire specialized window cleaning services that can safely reach higher points. Our cleaners do not use ladders to access high areas; stools are acceptable. We clean windows according to our capabilities and safety standards.
Pets: Our cleaners do not handle pet clean-up. While tidying pet toys is acceptable, we do not provide more extensive pet-related cleaning services.
Safety and Comfort: If our cleaners feel unsafe or uncomfortable due to any circumstances, they have the right to refuse service and leave the premises.
Special Instructions: Provide clear instructions for any specific cleaning requirements or areas that need attention, especially if they involve delicate items or sensitive surfaces.
Communication: Please communicate any concerns or special requests before the cleaning service begins to ensure we meet your expectations.
- Cancellation Policy: We strive to provide the best service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice Requirement:
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment without incurring any fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equivalent to half of the cleaning price. This fee helps to compensate our cleaners for their loss of time and money.
Exceptions:
- We understand that life can be unpredictable. In cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may make exceptions to the cancellation fee policy. To qualify for an exception, please provide valid proof of the situation that caused the last-minute cancellation.
